Good day,I have a one-room apartment, a studio apartment located in a building on Racławicka Street 42, in close proximity (400 meters) to the Racławicka metro station. The apartment will be available for occupancy from April 3. There is no elevator in the building.The apartment is furnished and fully equipped as shown in the attached photos.The apartment consists of a room, a bathroom, and a kitchen in the hallway.The price includes fixed-line internet.The living room contains:- a single bed with the possibility of unfolding for two people (160x200cm)- a table with two chairs- a corner wardrobe, large and spacious, can accommodate a lot of clothes :)The kitchen contains:- an electric stove with two burners (safer than a gas stove)- basic cutlery and pots- a refrigerator- a dishwasherThe bathroom has a standard setup, i.e., a toilet, a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.Location:The building is located at Racławicka Street 42.The stairwell and lobby were renovated a few years ago.The Racławicka metro station is 400 meters away.About 600 meters away are a Żabka, Carrefour express, and Rossmann.
