The apartment is located in our private tenement house on Zarzewska Street 24. We have a monitored parking lot, a garden, a playground for children, garden furniture available for tenants and a brick barbecue.

The premises are a very nice studio apartment. After renovation, new kitchen, bathroom, walls and installations. The apartment is located in the attic but it is very warm because there is an attic above it. The equipment includes:
Washing machine, fridge, cooker and furniture such as a sofa bed, table and cabinet,
The rental price is PLN 999, additionally payable rent of PLN 700, which includes heating, hot and cold water, waste disposal, rent and administration, a total of PLN 1,700 fixed amount every month without additional payments
The refundable deposit is only PLN 1,600.
