The apartment has a storage room located on the floor. The apartment is on the 10th floor. From the window, you can admire the mountains (the view is not obscured by other buildings). PVC windows with blinds. The building is insulated. Heating and hot water are from the municipal network. The apartment is warm, sunny and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Clean staircase. The location is very well connected to the rest of the city, with a bus stop, numerous shops, a clinic and other facilities nearby. There is a bakery, shops and parking spaces in front of the building. The rental price is 1300 PLN. Additionally, the maintenance fee is 650 PLN (including garbage - cost 35 PLN/person and water and heating according to usage - so the maintenance fee may be higher/lower if the usage is higher/lower than the current usage for two people who lived there).
