The equipment includes household appliances, an induction hob and a microwave with an oven, a large fridge. The room with the kitchenette is furnished with a 2-person sofa bed, a wardrobe, chests of drawers, a table and chairs. The additional room has a computer desk and a single bed. Media are connected - Internet (with Wi-Fi) and cable TV, which can be turned on at the tenant's request.
The apartment is bright, spacious, central, so very warm in winter. The apartment is entered through a 9 m2 corridor, which is created from the staircase. You can leave your coat and shoes there, because it is locked. From the corridor, you enter a common hall with other tenants and then a room (belonging to the offered part of the apartment). The water and sewage system and central heating have been replaced in the block. The PVC windows face the west and east. The second part of the apartment is rented by a working couple. The apartment has separate water and electricity meters. The shared washing machine is located in the kitchen of the second part of the apartment. The block is located away from street traffic, surrounded by greenery and fenced playgrounds. On the other side of the street in Chomicza Park, there are sports fields, a sledding hill, a tennis court, an outdoor gym, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness club. Great location, close to the bus terminus 116, 121, 171, 180, N43, buses 114, 409, N02 stop at the terminus. Tram lines no. 24, 26, 28, 78 are just one stop away (ul. Powstańców Śląskich). Access to the metro line 114 in 10 minutes. Convenient car access to the main arteries - Trasa Toruńska (S8), Wisłostrada and route E7. Excellent commercial and service infrastructure, grocery store at the bus terminus, Chomiczówka passage, Carrefour, Rossmann, Biedronka, bazaar.
From the apartment you can see the airport and gliders taking off on sunny days (gliders take off using a ground lift and not a tow behind the aircraft, so they do not cause noise).
The neighbors are nice, quiet and not noisy.
I also have an inexpensive, fenced parking space.
The tenant covers the rental costs (PLN 2,300), as well as water and electricity charges according to the meter reading. The apartment is rented on the basis of occasional rental. A refundable deposit of PLN 2,300 is required.
