RENTAL FEES
Monthly rent with timely payments is PLN 1,800.
Additionally, a flat-rate fee for utilities of PLN 400.
Total monthly payment: PLN 1,800 + PLN 400 = PLN 2,200
Long-term lease for a minimum of 12 months.
At the time of signing the contract, a one-time refundable deposit in the amount of the monthly rent is charged.
