I offer for rent my beloved studio apartment in an ideal location - the very heart of Saska Kępa - on Zwycięzców Street right next to Wał Miedzeszyński.
Nearby there are numerous pubs, bookstores, charming boutiques, shops. On the other side of the street there is a beach on the Vistula River. Within walking distance is the beautiful Skaryszewski Park (10-15 minutes walk or one bus stop).
Great communication point - both when traveling by car, bike or public transport. In less than 10 minutes you can get to the center.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 10-story building with efficiently operating elevators, in a guarded housing estate.
The apartment is 29.5m2. It consists of a large room with a balcony (double bed with a large chest), an extremely practical kitchen with a long countertop and lots of cabinets, a hallway with a mirror and wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower cabin, good lighting and a column with shelves that will hold any amount of makeup accessories :)
The advantage of the apartment, apart from the great location, is a lot of storage space despite the small size - numerous cabinets in the kitchen, a wardrobe for outerwear, long dresses and shoes in the hallway and a very large wardrobe in the room with rails and shelves for clothes and a separate sector for a vacuum cleaner, dryer and ironing board.
The apartment has recently undergone a general renovation, all installations have been replaced. I arranged it so that it gives me full comfort with an intensive lifestyle. It met all my needs and I would gladly continue living there if it were not necessary to change the size to a larger one.
I want the person who will live in it now to also enjoy it and take care of it, enjoying both the apartment itself and the charms of Saska Kępa.
Rental price: 2600 rent + 830 rent (included in the rent, among others, advances for water, heating, waste collection fee, security) + meter fees (gas, electricity) - approximately 150 PLN/month (paid as a lump sum and settled quarterly according to bills)
The apartment includes a basement.
It is possible to park a car on the estate for an additional fee - 200 PLN/month.
