- rent for the owner for renting the apartment: PLN 1,500/month,
- rent to the housing cooperative: approx. PLN 450/month for 2 people (including heating from the city network, cold water, garbage, renovation fund, maintenance of common areas),
- additionally: electricity and gas (hot water heater and cooker with oven) according to meter readings,
- refundable deposit: PLN 3,000.
