The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with an area of 47.46 m2, including a living room of 18.76 m2, a kitchen of 5.81 m2, a bedroom of 13.11 m2, a bathroom of 3.99 m2, a hallway of 5.79 m2 and a 4.45 m2 balcony (access to the balcony from both rooms). The estate is gated and monitored.
Note, both rooms are independent, locked with patent locks.
The apartment comes with 1 parking space in the garage hall.
I am open to discussions about further furnishing of the apartment. It all depends on how long, etc. Currently, the kitchen, bathroom, two wardrobes, and two sofa beds are fully equipped.

Additionally paid: community fees (operating costs, water, heating - settlement according to meters) and electricity. Currently, no one is living here, so the water and heating fees are minimal. Depending on the number of people, they will increase, plus a waste collection fee of 25 zł per person per month. The current level of additional fees to the community and advances is 735 - 800 zł, but with the arrival of residents, it will be more. How much? I don't know, as it depends on the number of people and consumption. The waste fee (25 zł per person) will certainly be added.
The preferred form of lease is, of course, a lease agreement with security in accordance with Article 777 of the Civil Code - the notary's cost is borne by the tenant.
