Built in 1960, the building is one of the last in Warsaw, built by pre-war master masons. The design itself was modeled on the townhouses of the 1930s, several of which we can find in the neighborhood.

There is no elevator in the building, which is extremely positive for the physical condition (that is, also the well-being) and the shape of some bodyparts, and this is not included in the price.

Since, from an urban planning point of view, the apartment is located in a communicatively strategic point of the city, it is safe to write that if there were three times less public transportation in the area, it would still be twice too much.
