The apartment is best suited for a single person or a couple due to its layout. It has 35 square meters, a room with a kitchen and a partially separate bedroom. The apartment has a wooden floor and custom-made furniture by a carpenter. It is warm and cozy.
A basement (10 square meters) will also be available for use.
