It is located in the central part of Ochota, near Grójecka Street and Żwirki i Wigury Street, from which it is convenient to travel in any direction of the city, and the commute to the very center takes a dozen or 20 minutes by public transport. There are bus stops near the building (lines: 128, 136, 172, 175, 188, 504, N01, N32). A few minutes' walk to Grójecka Street, from which the tram access is even easier (lines: 7, 9, 15) or the Warszawa PKP Rakowiec station is also nearby. There is a green area with benches in front of the building, a kindergarten opposite the building, and a Żabka store in the neighboring building. Nearby there are: Rossmann, Biedronka, a post office, bars, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a pharmacy. In the neighboring building there is a Sports and Rehabilitation Center, a Fitness Club, and it is also possible to rent a parking space there. The Rakowiec Cultural Center is very close by. Ideal for a walk are: right next to the Forty Park - on Korotyńskiego Street (a playground for children and an outdoor gym), the Zasław Malicki Park (with a beautifully developed pond), and a little further the Szczęśliwicki Park (a large water reservoir, green areas, a ski lift, a swimming pool complex in the summer, and restaurants) and the Soviet Soldiers' Park. There are also primary schools, high schools, and universities: the Medical University of Warsaw, and several faculties of the University of Warsaw nearby.
