The apartment has been completely renovated. Elegant finishing with solid wood: parquet - sanded and varnished, doors, windowsills. New mattress in the wooden bed in the bedroom and new sofa in the living room. Matte tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, and milky-gray tile on the walls. The elevator goes up to the 10th floor and down to the basement - it is a cargo elevator, so you can even transport a large bicycle. Amenities: - free tennis court near the building (asphalt, fenced), - free kayaks at Fort Bema, - green area, nearby pedestrian and bicycle path in the Lasek na Kole, - not far from the Moczydło swimming pool complex, - not far from the S8 expressway, - near the famous antique market in Koło, - possibility to connect to the Internet and cable TV - fees depend on the choice of Internet/cable TV, not set due to potential choice and its cost-related version (the building has fiber optic lines from two or three Internet service providers) Apartment for non-smokers and without pets. We do not cooperate with Agencies and Intermediaries. Fees: - Price 3100 The rent includes a fee of up to 600 PLN (water prepaid in the rent and gas in the rent) and electricity up to 250 PLN.
