Good day,I have a one-room apartment, a studio apartment located in a building on Racławicka Street 42, in close proximity (400 meters) to the Racławicka metro station. The apartment will be available for occupancy from April 3. It can be viewed even today after prior arrangement.The apartment is well-lit and warm due to the fact that the window is facing south.The apartment is quite quiet for Warsaw due to the fact that there are allotment gardens (ROD) in front of the building - a view of greenery:) Moreover, the street in front of the building is a dead-end, resulting in low car traffic and plenty of parking space.The apartment is located on the 4th, top floor. As a result, it is quiet. There is no elevator in the building.The apartment is furnished and fully equipped as shown in the attached photos.The apartment consists of a room, a bathroom, and a kitchen in the hallway.The price includes fixed-line internet.The living room contains:- a single bed with the possibility of unfolding for two people (160x200cm)- a table with two chairs- a corner wardrobe, large and spacious, can accommodate a lot of clothes :)The kitchen contains:- an electric stove with two burners (safer than a gas stove)- basic cutlery and pots- a refrigerator- a dishwasherThe bathroom has a standard setup, i.e., a toilet, a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.Location:The building is located at Racławicka Street 42.The stairwell and lobby were renovated a few years ago.The Racławicka metro station is 400 meters away.About 600 meters away are a Żabka, Carrefour express, and Rossmann.
