I will rent out an apartment in the very center of Gdynia, just 4 minutes' walk from the City Hall and the SKM Wzgórze Maksymiliana stop and the Riviera Shopping Center. Exceptional location. The apartment has an area of 28 square meters, renovated, finished to a high standard. The apartment consists of: an entrance hall, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a basement. The living room has a comfortable and foldout sofa for two people: 140x210 with a bedding compartment. Additionally, there is also a huge 4-door wardrobe that accommodates all the clothes, a Miele vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, a dryer, an iron, and outerwear. In the central point of the living room, there is a coffee table with pullout shelves and a 50-inch Samsung Smart UHD 4K TV. The bathroom has a modern wall-hung Geberit toilet, a glass shower cubicle, a large cabinet for household chemicals, and a vanity unit with lighting for cosmetics. The plumbing fittings are by Hansgrohe. Italian marble-effect tiles create an excellent finish in the bathroom. There is a courtyard parking lot designated only for the residents of Śląska 51 a and b streets. Parking is free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the apartment. The apartment is for non-smokers. The apartment is in an exceptional location, just a few minutes' walk from the Riviera Shopping Center, 15 minutes from the beach and the promenade. Low maintenance costs increase the attractiveness of the property. 360 in summer and about 460 in winter + electricity according to consumption (120 zloty for 2 months).
