Good day,
I will rent a spacious apartment in Ursynów in a building located at Św. Maksymiliana Kolbego Street (near the intersection of Roentgena and Pileckiego Streets). The apartment is located on the ground floor in a 4-story building (built in the 1990s). The building is located in a gated community (cooperative).
The 62.2 m2 apartment consists of: a living room, bedroom #1, bedroom #2, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a hallway - according to the attached layout. The apartment is adjacent to a terrace and an exit to a fenced garden.
The apartment is partially furnished (according to the photos). The apartment has been renovated (refreshed). It is possible to equip the apartment with furniture and/or appliances for an additional fee (higher rent) - to be agreed individually.
Rental in the form of occasional rental. The Tenant is obliged to provide, at their own expense and at their own cost:
1) a notarized declaration in which they voluntarily submit to enforcement and undertake to vacate and release the premises within the time specified in the enforcement request;
2) a declaration with a notarized signature indicating another apartment where they can live when the obligation to vacate and leave the premises is executed;
3) a declaration with a notarized signature of a third party who is the owner or has a legal title to that apartment, in which they express their consent for the tenant to live in their property after the termination of the rental agreement.
Rental for a minimum period of 1 year; longer period preferred. Security deposit payable together with the contract. All payments are made to a bank account (transfer). In the case of a longer period, the rent will be indexed.
Rental fee: 3000 PLN
The rent includes fees from the cooperative and for electricity - according to the current bills and notifications, including forecasts. The approximate rent during the operation period is about 900 PLN per month.
Security deposit min. 5000 PLN.
Possibility to view the apartment after prior arrangement. Preferred: Friday after 4pm, Saturday, Sunday or late afternoon hours during the week (6:30pm+).
