The Housing and Construction Cooperative "JARY" in Warsaw, ul. Surowieckiego 12, announces a Call for Offers for the rental of residential units:
• Unit no. 12 with a usable area of 62.90 m2 in a building at ul. Sosnowskiego 2 in Warsaw (Ursynów district). The unit is located on the ground floor and consists of 3 rooms, a hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
Minimum rent rate - 42.00 PLN.
• Unit no. 4 with a usable area of 46.00 m2 in a building at ul. Dunikowskiego 3 in Warsaw (Ursynów district). The unit is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 rooms, a hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
Minimum rent rate - 45.00 PLN.
• Unit no. 21 with a usable area of 47.00 m2 in a building at ul. Dembowskiego 23 in Warsaw (Ursynów district). The unit is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 rooms, a hall, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet.
Minimum rent rate - 45.00 PLN.
In addition to the rent, the tenant is obliged to pay additional fees independent of the Cooperative, which are advances for utilities, which are then settled once or twice a year.
All residential units are equipped with kitchen furniture, a refrigerator, a gas stove and a washing machine.
A deposit in the amount of three times the offered rent must be paid before the lease agreement is concluded.
The minimum lease term is 1 year.
Offers are accepted at the secretariat of the Housing and Construction Cooperative "Jary", at ul. Surowieckiego 12 in written form, in sealed envelopes with the note "call for offers for the rental of a residential unit at the address: ......" by February 6, 2025.
The offer should be signed legibly by the offeror and should contain in particular:
• name and surname of the offeror,
• contact details including address, phone number and email address,
• number of persons planned to live in the unit,
• the offered contractual rent rate per 1 m2 and the preferred lease period,
• a certificate of no arrears obtained from the National Debt Register
• a certificate of employment and earnings
The tenant is obliged to conclude a lease agreement no later than within 7 days from being notified of the outcome of the competition, unless the conclusion of the agreement within this period is impossible for reasons attributable to the Cooperative. The offeror whose offer has been selected in the call for offers is obliged within 7 days of being informed of the selection of their offer to pay the entire deposit to the Cooperative's account in the amount of three times the offered rent and to sign the residential lease agreement within the same period.
After paying the deposit and signing the institutional lease agreement, the offeror is obliged to deliver to the Cooperative within 7 days a notarized declaration of submission to enforcement with respect to vacating the premises under Article 777 § 1 point 4) of the Code of Civil Procedure. Immediately after delivering the original of the declaration in the form of a notarial deed, a handover protocol is drawn up and the premises can be handed over to the Tenant. The declaration made in the form of a notarial deed and delivered to the Cooperative within 7 days from the date of signing the agreement is a condition for its effective conclusion. If the above declaration is not delivered within the specified period, it means that the agreement has not been concluded. The Cooperative retains the paid deposit.
Persons intending to participate in the call for offers can view the offered units on the following dates:
1. February 3, 2025 from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
2. February 4, 2025 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
3. February 5, 2025 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Offerors can familiarize themselves with the Regulations for the Rental of Residential Premises and additional information about the premises on the website or at the HCC "Jary" headquarters (room 116, tel. 22 644-99-76) during the Cooperative's customer service hours.
The offers will be opened on February 7, 2025 at 9:00 am at the headquarters of HCC "Jary" in Warsaw, ul. Surowieckiego 12 in the conference room (no. 209) on the 1st floor.
The administrator of your personal data is the Housing and Construction Cooperative "Jary" with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Surowieckiego 12, KRS 0000079817. Full information on the processing of personal data can be found on the website and at the Cooperative's headquarters.
The Cooperative reserves the right to freely select the tenant, cancel the competition at any stage, or cancel the call for offers without giving reasons, and to close the call for offers without selecting any of the offers.
