Depending on the number of people, they will increase, plus a waste collection fee of 25 zł per person per month. The current level of additional fees to the community and advances is 735 - 800 zł, but with the arrival of residents, it will be more. How much? I don't know, as it depends on the number of people and consumption. The waste fee (25 zł per person) will certainly be added.
