Good day, I would like to present a rental apartment in a building completed at the end of 2015 on Kaliny Jędrusik Street (neighboring Powązkowska Street, very close to Arkadia and Metro Dworzec Gdański, 300m to the PKP Powązki train station), 2nd floor with an elevator. Quiet neighborhood, very quiet, new housing estate.
There are many shops and service outlets in the area: Biedronka, Żabka, Carrefour, butcher's shop, greengrocer, beer shop, wine shop,
restaurants, and kindergarten. Beautiful estate, a lot of greenery.
I really like children and pets, but I rent the apartment to people without pets (cat/dog) and without small children :)
When renting the apartment, we sign a occasional rental agreement and a notarial declaration of submission to the rigor of enforcement in the scope of vacating the premises. A certificate of employment will also be required.
Travel to the city center: approx. 15 minutes, direct buses to Metro Dworzec Gdański (8 minutes of travel) and SKM and KM trains (from the PKP Powązki station, 3 minutes to Dworzec Gdański, trains run every few minutes), it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the tram (lines 35, 33, 28, 17). Very close to the S8 route.
The apartment consists of a living room combined with a kitchen (28 m2), a bedroom (14m2), a bathroom (6m2), a large built-in wardrobe, and a balcony (9m2). The building is located on a closed and monitored area with security.
