In the market people demand at least 2-3 year contract for you to sign and demand 2-3 month rent worth of deposit and if you want to terminate your contract they force you to pay whole amount till the end of the contract but for us contracts can be signed 3 month length to 12-month length and you can extend your contract again starting of March which is perfect option for tenants and other than the service fee we take only 1-month rent worth of deposit which is the lowest that you can find in the market.The building is located in a perfect place.
