Hello,I have a 2-room apartment for rent on Zamoyskiego Street.Rental ONLY occasional!The apartment consists of:- living room (table, chest of drawers, sofa bed)- bedroom (no furniture)- bathroom- kitchen (with gas stove and refrigerator).The rent for me is 1300 PLN + cooperative fee of around 670 PLN (depending on the number of people - calculated for 2) + additional electricity according to consumption.So monthly 1970 PLN.I prefer the tenant to transfer the electricity to their own name.Refundable deposit when returning the apartment 1970 PLN.At the beginning, you need to pay 1300 PLN + 670 PLN + 1300 PLN + 670 PLN = 3940 PLN.There are many inquiries about reservation = rent amount, i.e. 670 PLN (non-refundable if the person does not show up at the agreed time!!).Please do not send questions like can I pay later, etc.Best regards,Łukasz
