This is a really great and comfortable house, modern and very responsible owner. It's also managed by Expat Homes which is very foreigner friendly and very professional. Any fixes you need
happen right away.
The real selling point is the neighborhood. It's perfectly located near the royal park Rajapruek where we go often with our son. It's also very large with minimal traffic and great for kids to play. All of the neighbors are extremely friendly and there's a great community here that organizes sales, events, etc.
For families this is an almost perfect neighborhood and the house is a very good value.
