I will rent a 3-room apartment located in the center of Piaseczno, on Kniaziewicza Street. In the vicinity, about 150 m, there are bus lines - direct access to the metro. School, kindergarten 200m. Marketplace 100m.
The apartment area is 68 sq.m. There is an underground parking available. The apartment consists of a spacious living room (25 sq.m.) and a kitchen (9 sq.m.), two bedrooms (13 sq.m. and 11 sq.m.), as well as a bathroom and a balcony.
Recently, the apartment has been repainted and new
blinds have been installed.
Rental costs:
Rent - 3400 PLN/month
Rent + utilities - 870 PLN/month.
Electricity - 250 PLN/month.
Deposit to be determined.
The apartment is equipped with furniture as in the photos, plus of course household appliances: a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, an electric stove.
We sign the contract only in the form of occasional rental, which requires:
- a tenant's statement indicating the place where they will reside in case of enforcement of the obligation to vacate our premises;
- a statement of a 3rd party that they agree for the tenant and the persons living with them to reside in the premises indicated in the statement (the person must be the owner of that premises, be registered, and reside in Poland).
