There is very good access to public transport (about 300m to stops of many bus and trolleybus lines, and 15 minutes on foot to the SKM commuter train). The green areas of the Tri-City Landscape Park are 100m away. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a three-story build
ing and has been thoroughly renovated. The 50 sq.m apartment consists of: - a large living room, - a bedroom, - a spacious bathroom, a kitchen with a large window and a hallway.
