In the neighboring buildings, there is a rich commercial and service infrastructure, with plenty of shops. It's a 5-minute walk to get fresh rolls in the morning. A paradise for children, with playgrounds and a park. Close to a school, kindergarten, and nursery. You can cycle about 4 km to the city center. The Fort Wola shopping center is nearby. There is a double intercom for the entrance, and 24-hour security for the building.
