ng machine/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop with oven, microwave). The kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, cutlery, etc. The apartment has gas heating, which is an advantage as gas bills are paid according to consumption for the given month. The rent is 2200 PLN + 550 PLN administrative fee + electricity, gas, and water according to meter usage. The refundable security deposit is 2700 PLN. The minimum lease term is 1 year.
