STUDIO
The studio has an area of 27 m2, is fully equipped and furnished. It consists of one large room with a separate kitchenette and a compact bathroom. The undoubted advantage of the apartment is its height: 330 cm.
In the hallway, there is a large mirror, a shoe shelf, and hangers. The large room is equipped with a wardrobe, a desk, and an extremely comfortable velvet sofa, which when unfolded becomes a standard 130x200 cm bed. The kitchen has a cooker with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, and numerous shelves. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin, and a washing machine.
TENEMENT HOUSE
The studio is located on the second floor of a carefully restored, historic tenement house located on the cobblestone Orla Street. The tenement house is surrounded by greenery - we enter the staircase directly from the internal garden. Both Orla Street and the nearby Elektoralna Street have retained their unique, pre-war character.
