01.28 for freeI will be happy to rent my studio apartment to a person who will spend as pleasant a time there as I have in the last few years. Direct rental - from the owner. The apartment is located in an old villa from 1935, completely renovated in 2020 (new installations, windows, etc.) - but the old atmosphere remains, including:original wooden floor, large windows with wide sills,three-meter ceiling with a 'bottle' finish.I renovated the apartment from a raw state in March 2021, so the furniture and appliances are still quite new.The studio apartment has 25m2, designed in such a way that this rather small area fits an entrance hall with a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe (3 meters), a kitchenette, a living room, a separated sleeping area, and a very large bathroom. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, and equipment such as dishes or pots. The tenant will have a Siemens EQ3 pressure coffee maker at their disposal at the rental price - not visible in the current photos, I will bring it shortly. The bathroom, of course, has a washing machine, as well as a large bathtub/shower with a convenient shelf where you can place candles and other nice-time embellishments. Plenty of shelves for storage. Appliances like a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner remain on site for your use.The bed is large and very comfortable, with a custom-made mattress. The pallet frame was handmade by my Dad, also has 3 pull-out drawers for storing bedding or off-season clothes. In general, there are a lot of wardrobes and cabinets in the apartment, even I was unable to occupy all of them with my things during the almost 4 years of living there. We handmade shelves for books under the window. The wide windowsills also provide a lot of space, where you can beautifully arrange plants or your own decorations. The apartment is in a beautiful, peaceful area - Nowe Włochy, just 150 meters from the Kombatantów Park and the Stawów Koziorożca with a lake, where you can go for a run or a walk. The district is called the 'Garden City', with villa-type buildings up to 2 floors, lots of greenery. Right next to the PKP Włochy station, from which you can reach the Palace of Culture in 11 minutes by SKM train. Good access also to Wola, the M2 metro, and Praga along the railway line. In the area, there are bus stops Rybnicka, Wałowicka, PKP Włochy. Żabka and Carrefour Express are about 270 m away, Biedronka and Lidl (Plastyczna St.) 1 km. The Studio Cinema ADA is practically on the same street as the apartment. The nearest shopping center (Factory Ursus) is 1.6 km away. To Warsaw Zachodnia by car less than 15 minutes. There are plenty of free parking spaces on the street where the apartment is located - we've never had a problem parking the car right in front of the building.12-month contract - occasional rental. Due to the historic parquet, wallpapers, furniture with velvet finishes, etc., I would prefer a tenant without pets. I do not rent to people who smoke in the apartment, this also applies to IQOS and any electronic tobacco products. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, you can write 1-2 sentences about yourself. I want my beloved apartment to end up in good hands :)
