The building has a parking lot.The apartment is warm and quite bright thanks to the two large balconies - unfortunately, I don't have better photos at the moment.The location in Psie Pole is very good. Within a 2-minute walk, there are bakeries, restaurants, Żabka, and other specialty stores.
