ation and was renovated and equipped with new appliances in the fall of 2024.
The walls are high at 2.62 meters, thanks to which the available space is felt well.
Definitely, the apartment can be described as warm and bright, as the windows face east and south, thanks to which the sun is present in it for a large part of the day. It also offers a view of an exceptionally large patio. Nothing blocks the way to the sun, which also brings a lot of good energy to the apartment.
The apartment consists of:
- a comfortable room (21 m2), from which you can go out to a over 5-meter balcony, where you can put, for example, sunbeds and enjoy your preferred time of day;
- a separate kitchen (11.5 m2) open to the room. The cabinets are equipped with a new set and new appliances needed for everyday functioning. Right next to it, a folding table and two chairs were placed, and this place may work well as a dining room;
- a bathroom (7 m2) with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a spacious cabinet for toiletries;
- a hallway with a shoe cabinet and a place for outerwear.
There is also the option to rent the use of a tenant's storage room (about 3 m2) a few floors above.
The rent is a total of 3,000 zloty, and this amount includes key fees, i.e. the administrative rent with advances for basic utilities. Additionally, electricity and (at your discretion) television and internet are paid.
The owners expect a standard short-term rental agreement for at least one year. They allow the option of renting an apartment to cat owners, but dogs are not allowed.
BUILDING
The building at Meissnera 1/3 was built in 2001 and is part of a housing estate that is guarded around the clock. In the commercial passage at the bottom of the building, there are, among others, a bank, a pharmacy, several restaurants, or a clinic. Residents can use one of the largest patios in this district, and the whole area is closed and accessible only to them.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The building is located at the intersection of Fieldorfa and Meissnera, so there are numerous bus stops nearby, which allow you to quickly get to the chosen location in the city. Among the most important lines leading to the center, we can mention: E-1, 507, 117, 411, 111, or 509, but it is also worth mentioning 123, 147, 168, 213, or 311 to get to other parts of the city.
Nearby is the Balaton Park, which works great as a place for a walk, and it is also easy to get there on foot to Saska Kępa (passing through the Saska housing estate), or to the Vistula River.
In terms of shopping, the area offers such amenities as CH Promenada, CH Gocław, several different Lidls, Biedronkas and Żabkas, so there is no shortage of places to stock up on various products :)
