It can definitely be said that the apartment is quiet, as the windows from all rooms face the estate street or the neighboring building, and there is no noisy street nearby. It can also be safely stated that it is warm, as the windows face east and west.
This apartment consists of:
- A practical living room (14 m2), from which you can access the loggia (3.6 m2). Important information! The living room is a transitional room to the next two (independent) rooms and the bathroom;
- Two spacious rooms (9.1 m2 and 10 m2) with capacious wardrobes (an important change compared to the photo, i.e., the brown wardrobe has been painted white);
- A separate, bright kitchen (4.6 m2) equipped with the most important household appliances;
- A bathroom (2.5 m2) with a shower (with a rain shower head) and a new washing machine;
- An entrance hall with a wardrobe and a cabinet.
The total rent is 3,500 zlotys, which includes all fees, i.e., the administrative fee with advance payments for basic utilities. Additionally, you pay for electricity, gas, and (at your discretion) for television and the internet.
Standard occasional rental contract for a minimum of one year. The landlady is not interested in renting the apartment to pet owners, even those that are problem-free and will certainly not cause any damage.
BUILDING
The building was built in 1963 and is very well-maintained. The Housing Cooperative that manages this block takes care of ongoing repairs and inspections, and the entire property looks very neat. There is no elevator in the building, and this property has a rather intimate character.
LOCATION
The building is located at 6 Garwolinska Street, i.e., near the intersection of Osowska and Garwolinska Streets, near Grochowska Street and Szaserow Street, but far enough away that you can't hear them at all. There are bus and tram stops nearby, which allow you to get to your chosen location in the city efficiently. A few hundred meters from the building, there is the PKP Olszynka Grochowska station, which can be an interesting option for reaching the city center, bypassing the morning traffic jams.
It's close to Znicza Park, Polinski Park, Skaryszewski Park, or Lesnik Park, which can be an interesting option for runners, cyclists, and walking enthusiasts. In addition to the green areas, it's worth mentioning the rich commercial and service infrastructure. The area is not lacking in pharmacies, fitness clubs, restaurants, or shops, with CH Promenada and GH Wiatraczna leading the way.
