The bedroom windows have blinds.Appliances in the apartment: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, washing machine.The estate is intimate (low-rise buildings), well-maintained and cozy, in a style fitting the location :) Reportedly, it is one of the prestigious ones ;) The residents have access to a free gym and a relaxation area with a sauna. The entrance to the estate and the staircase is secured with a video intercom.The rent is 3000zł + utilities (rent, electricity) according to usage. The security deposit is 3500zł.
