This advertisement is for the possibility of long-term rental (min. 12 months) of a two-room residential unit with an area of 56m2 located on the ground floor of a building located on Zygmunta Augusta S
treet in Gdansk. In the vicinity, there are numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, schools, banks, restaurants, bus stops, and many more.
The residential unit consists of two rooms (the entrance to one of the rooms is from the kitchen), a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. The positioning of the windows to the east and west guarantees excellent sunlight every day. The apartment is very quiet; there are also no nuisances from the neighboring residential units related to the use of the apartment.
Along with the apartment, a basement room and an outdoor parking space under a canopy from the garden side may be available.
The condition of the apartment can be assessed as partially furnished.
Additional costs:
- water - according to the Tenant's consumption,
- electricity - according to the Tenant's consumption,
- gas (the kitchen has a gas-electric stove and a 'junkers' that heats the domestic hot water and central heating) - according to the Tenant's consumption.
- TV+internet is paid by the Tenant on the basis of the rental agreement + the owner's consent.
